Shawn Duffy was named the new Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast region by Tremcar/Boston Steel & Mfg. Co., manufacturers if bulk hauling cargo trailer tanks and Class 7 and 8 heating oil truck tanks. His territory includes Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Vermont.
With over 25 years experience at TransTech Industries, Duffy has an extensive background in transporting liquid petroleum, especially home heating oil. He served as a jet mechanic for the Maine Air National Guard.
In 2015, Boston Steel will celebrate 100 years of manufacturing “Made in the USA” truck tanks for fuel delivery.
