Superior Plus Corp., Toronto, ON, announced today it has closed the acquisition of the assets of a retail propane distribution company Hopkins Propane. Terms of the deal were not revealed.
Superior also announced it has acquired the assets of Mountain Energy Gas, a small distributor based in Waynesville, NC, in a separate transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed.
