Summits canceled due to show cancellations

The Propane Education & Research Council (PERC) announced it has cancelled all of its in-person Propane Sales Summits in 2020 for propane marketers. PERC’s Sales Summit, originally scheduled for July 27 in conjunction with the Great Lakes Propane Convention, was cancelled due to the cancellation of the main convention. The summits are expected to go virtual in the near future, PERC said. Email elena.scott@propane.com with questions.

In other news, due to the cancellation of the 2020 National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) Show, scheduled for October 11-14 in Las Vegas, the Petroleum Marketers Association of America’s (PMAA) Fall Meeting at the NACS show, scheduled for October 10-11 at The Mirage, will not take place.
NACS Housing is issuing hotel cancellation confirmation emails. Registration refunds will be issued in the near future. The PMAA announced its Executive Committee will be discussing next steps soon about possibly going virtual for the Fall meeting. For more info, visit https://www.pmaa.org/.
