Roth North America announced three leadership promotions and the addition of three Regional Sales Managers as the company continues to strengthen its North American sales organization to support continued growth and customer service.

Justin Spaulding has been promoted to VP of Sales–East, and Matt Gibbs has been promoted to VP of Sales–West. Spaulding joined Roth as a Regional Sales Manager in July 2017, while Gibbs joined the company in April 2018. Since then, both have played key roles in strengthening customer relationships, expanding Roth’s presence, and driving sales growth across their respective territories.

In their new leadership roles, Spaulding and Gibbs will help guide Roth’s continued growth throughout North America by strengthening communication across sales teams, supporting strategic initiatives, and expanding the company’s product portfolio. Both will continue serving the customers and territories they have supported over the years.

Roth has also announced the promotion of David Hull to the newly created position of National Sales Manager, Lubricant Division. Hull has been with Roth for more than 22 years, serving in a variety of sales roles and playing an instrumental role in the growth of the company’s lubrication systems business. In his new position, he will lead strategic initiatives focused on expanding Roth’s presence in the lubrication market, strengthening customer relationships, and driving continued growth throughout North America.

To further support its expanding customer base, Roth has also welcomed three new Regional Sales Managers to its sales organization. Aaron Schields will serve customers throughout New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Arizona, Wyoming, Southern Nevada and Western Kansas; Jonathan Mathias will oversee North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama and Florida; and Jaremy Day will be responsible for Montana, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, California and Northern Nevada.
