Registration open for NPGA Southeastern & International Propane Expo

Registration is open for the 2026 NPGA Southeastern & International Propane Expo, the annual propane industry event that brings together thousands of marketers and suppliers from across the U.S. and beyond for education and networking. The 2026 Expo will take place from Sunday, April 19–Tuesday, April 21, at the Music City Center in Nashville, TN.

Professional development opportunities will include:

  • Hazmat Recurrent Training*
  • WIP Leadership Forum @ Expo* with Sean Hand, a business development consultant delivering programs that focus on authentic connection, sales growth and networking strategies that drive measurable results
  • More than 35 education sessions and fast-track workshops on critical industry topics

The Expo will feature more than 200 exhibitors. On April 21, attendees are invited to participate in the Propane Passport Program from 9:30–11:30 a.m.. After picking up a “passport” from BPGA at Booth #801, walk the Expo Hall floor to collect signatures or stamps to match the nine exhibiting sponsor logos. Those who return the completed passport to the NPGA booth by 11:30 a.m. will receive a $25 Amazon gift card.

Other highlights of the Expo include:

  • Golf Tournament* benefiting the NPGF Scholarship Program
  • LP Gas Hall of Fame Induction Dinner*, a celebration of the people who have helped establish, advance and grow the propane industry
  • Keynote presentation by Mary Kelly, a U.S. Navy Veteran and influential economist and business strategist followed by the Expo Hall Welcome Reception**
  • Women in Propane Roundtable: Through the Leadership Lens LIVE Podcast
  • Women in Propane and Young Professionals Council Award Ceremony & Reception
  • Young Gassers Annual Reception*
