The Pennsylvania Petroleum Association (PPA) has announced a new multi-year partnership with Carlin Combustion Technology and NTI Boilers as Founder’s Circle sponsors at the Pennsylvania Petroleum Association Technical Education Center (PPATEC) in Grantville, PA.
As part of the partnership, Carlin and NTI will sponsor Classroom 1 and Classroom 3 at the PPATEC training facility, providing critical support for the continued expansion of hands-on technical education opportunities for HVAC and energy professionals throughout the region.
PPATEC operates a State-approved postsecondary career training program designed to prepare the next generation of skilled technicians entering the HVAC and energy industry. The 400-hour HVAC & Energy Professional Program provides students with foundational knowledge and hands-on experience needed to begin successful careers in the trades.
The addition of Carlin and NTI as Founder’s Circle sponsors further strengthens PPATEC’s mission of bringing industry leaders together to invest in workforce development and create enhanced training opportunities for contractors, technicians and future industry professionals.

The classrooms sponsored by Carlin and NTI will feature company branding within the PPATEC facility and serve as dedicated learning environments for students and industry professionals participating in technical training programs. Through this collaboration, PPA, Carlin, and NTI will continue to explore opportunities to enhance workforce development and expand training resources available to the HVAC and energy industry.
