The Organization of Energy Service Professionals (OESP) will present a new session of its Fuel for Thought educational series on Thursday, Aug. 13.
Fuel for Thought features expert presenters and real-world topics that support ongoing professional growth. The August session, “Hot Topics in Water Heaters,” will be presented by Bryce Geib of Bradford-White.
The session will cover fuel type comparisons based on performance and operating costs, along with key application considerations including environment, electrical capacity and venting requirements. Learn about replacement options for gas, electric and oil systems such as indirect, heat pump, resistive and NG/LP alternatives plus real world examples. The session also includes a brief introduction to RightSpec and a summary of the upcoming 2029 NAECA 4 regulations.
The virtual session will be held from 6–7 p.m. All meetings are free for both OESP members and non-members; the next session will be held on Sept. 1. Click here to register.
