New York Propane Gas Association (NYPGA) has been issued an Hours of Service (HOS) Waiver starting tonight through December 20. A copy should be placed in each vehicle, drivers should be aware and prepared to show and, in case they are detained, be prepared to explain it to law enforcement.
This waiver applies at the beginning of December 6, 2019 and terminates at the end of December 20, 2019 unless otherwise ordered.
