NPGA to roll out summer program to engage local federal legislators

Written on: June 16, 2020 by ICM

After a series of webinars between the National Propane Gas Association (NPGA) and Members of Congress (this year’s modified Propane Days), NPGA announced it will roll out a program to encourage association members to meet with federal legislators at their local Congressional District offices and host facility tours this summer.
The webinars also allowed NPGA members to hear perspectives from representatives from different geographic locations across the country regarding the unique impact of COVID-19 on their district, November elections and the importance of the propane industry in their respective districts. The representatives encouraged NPGA members to continue to engage their federal representatives in the coming months.
