NORA has partnered with Oil Tech Talk on a new series designed to connect oilheat technicians, educators and industry leaders in a collaborative exchange of ideas, insights and recommended practices.
Liquid heating fuel technical and educational instructors Alan Mercurio, Oil Tech Talk, and Bob O’Brien, NORA, host a variety of guests, including manufacturers, service technicians, educators and others who share how the latest technology and practices can elevate both technicians and their customers’ experience.
Hosted live online on Oil Tech Talk’s Facebook Chatter page each month, these discussions go beyond the basics, diving deep into topics that include combustion diagnostics, system efficiency and the adoption of Bioheat® fuel. The first guest is Alan Wornham of R.W. Beckett Corp.
Recordings of each episode can be found at NORA’s YouTube channel.
