Software supplier FieldAware has announced the availability of its Digital Tool Belt, a comprehensive directory of mobile apps that service technicians can use on their mobile devices to enhance productivity.
The directory lists more than 100 mobile apps offered by a variety of suppliers in the field service industry, including Xylem’s System Syzer for piping system design to general business apps such as FindMyIpad. The directory is available free of charge from www.fieldaware.com/digital-tool-belt. The company says the directory will be updated regularly as new tools are made available. The directory of downloadable tools can be used by residential and commercial contractors, engineers, technicians, commissioning agents and maintenance personnel who have a smart mobile device and work in the field.
