Several mergers occurred during the holiday season. Approved Oil Co., Brooklyn, NY, has acquired Queens, NY-based Original Energy’s heating oil and service division for an undisclosed sum.
Established in 1928, Original Energy has delivered heating oil and offered mechanical services to commercial and residential customers throughout New York City. The purchase furthers Approved’s corporate mission to become the leading full-service energy supplier in the Greater New York area.
In other news, Approved Oil announced it has added Bio-Fuel to its wide range of products and services.
Having served the Delmarva area since the 1950s, National HVAC Service, Seaford, DE, announced the addition of the Coldmaster team to its family of skilled and trained HVAC technicians, according to the Cape Gazette.
Formerly based in Preston, MD, Coldmaster team members bring more than 90 years of combined experience in commercial and residential heating and cooling to National HVAC. Terms of the acquisition were not revealed.
