From FMA of New Jersey:

“Governor Murphy will be announcing that as of tonight (Monday, March 16) all non-essential businesses and travel should cease between 8 pm and 5 am until further notice. At this moment the action is voluntary but the Governor could make in mandatory.
FMA has been in contact with the Governor’s Office and been advised that gas stations and fuel delivery are deemed essential.
