In mid-September Ferrellgas celebrated National Truck Driver Appreciation Week with social media posts throughout the week and at celebrations being held at local offices. Ferrellgas employs nearly 2,500 drivers who deliver bulk propane to hundreds of thousands of homes, businesses and farms nationwide, in addition to retailers of Blue Rhino propane tanks.
“We celebrate our drivers throughout the year because their importance is foundational to our company,” said COO Tamria Zertuche. “Our drivers are a wonderful group of tireless, dedicated professionals, and I couldn’t be more proud to recognize them as well as all of our nation’s drivers during National Truck Driver Appreciation Week.”
