Cetane Associates LLC announced that Southern Mechanical, LLC d/b/a Energy-One of West Warwick, Rhode Island has acquired the assets of Hope Oil, Inc. of Hope, Rhode Island. Cetane Associates, LLC served as financial advisor to the buyer.
Established in 1945, Energy-One is owned by veteran marketer Thomas A. Vessella and is a provider of HVAC and plumbing services and marketer of heating oil to customers throughout all of Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. Hope Oil, Inc., founded in the early 1960’s, shares a similar geographic marketing area as Energy-One. Both companies are third generation family owned businesses.
Hope Oil’s staff will continue employment with Energy-One at its West Warwick facility.
