Tonawanda, N.Y. – E-ZOIL, the manufacturer of performance- enhancing fuel additives and cleaning solutions, has acquired Specialty Products, a leading manufacturer of gel-based air fresheners.
Combined with their 2019 acquisition of Emulso, E-ZOIL seeks to benefit from a product offering that runs the chemical gamut from liquids to solids to gels.
Specialty Products currently manufactures gel air fresheners under privately labeled brand names. These products are found in large retailers such as Home Depot and Walmart. E-ZOIL intends to use Specialty Products’ capabilities and track record of innovation to offer gel air fresheners to its customer base.
