Clean Fuels Alliance America (CFAA) now offers ground level education for customer service representatives (CSRs) for dealers seeking to keep the Bioheat® fuel commercialization process advancing.

Starting in September, CFAA is offering exclusive Bioheat® CSR training designed for dealers. These complimentary, virtual sessions will empower CSRs to:

Confidently answer homeowner questions about Bioheat® fuel.
Build trust and loyalty by reducing uncertainty.
Present Bioheat® as a practical, cost-effective decarbonization tool. The below attachments hold State-by-State narratives and enrollment instructions.
