Chesapeake Utilities Corp.’s Sharp Energy propane business purchased the operating
assets of Boulden Brothers Propane in Newark, DE, strengthening Sharp Energy’s foothold in northern Delaware and nearby areas. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Boulden Brothers Propane, a family-owned and operated company, has provided propane delivery and service since 1968. It currently offers service to 5,200 residential and commercial customers in Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania.
