The U.S. Congress agreed to a retroactive extension of the $1 per gallon biodiesel blender’s tax credit through Dec. 31, 2022. The extension is expected to be part of a must-pass government spending bill in late December, according to the Petroleum Marketers Association of America (PMAA).
