On Tuesday, June 27, Advanced Fuel Solutions (AFS) and Innospec will host a free webinar titled “An Inside Look at the Performance & Benefits of Low Carbon Liquid Fuels.” The webinar will begin at 11 a.m. EDT and be be presented by Paul Nazzaro, President of AFS, and Suzanne R. Golisz, Ph.D., Technical Director, Cold Flow Improvers, Innospec Fuel Specialties.
Low carbon fuels are becoming more abundant in response to a variety of greenhouse gas reduction programs. These changes will lead to an increase in the amount of biodiesel and renewable diesel found in both on-road fuels and home heating oil.
In this webinar, attendees will learn about the properties of biodiesel and renewable diesel as compared to conventional, ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULSD). In many cases, the fuel additives that are currently used in conventional ULSD can also be used in biodiesel or renewable diesel to meet specifications or enhance performance. This webinar will provide the information needed to successfully buy, blend, handle, and use low carbon fuels.
